FIFO Safe is our inhouse-developed initiative to enhance our safety culture, embed core safety rules and principles in our people, and continually improve our system in an open, simple framework.

There are four main components of the FIFO Safe program:

Ensuring an open-door policy so all personnel have input into the method of work to increase the intelligent decision-making of the business

Functional

Ensuring the productivity and function of the business whilst maintaining a safe work environment for all employees and subcontractors
