FIFO SAFE

Our Commitment to a Strong Safety Culture

FIFO Safe is our in-house developed safety initiative, designed to strengthen our safety culture and embed core safety principles across all levels of our business.

Through FIFO Safe, we empower our people to take ownership of safety by promoting open communication, continuous improvement, and a shared commitment to looking out for one another. The program provides a simple, transparent framework that keeps safety at the heart of everything we do.

There are four main components of the FIFO Safe program:

Fairness

Intelligence

Ensuring an open-door policy so all personnel have input into the method of work to increase the intelligent decision-making of the business

Functional

Ensuring the productivity and function of the business whilst maintaining a safe work environment for all employees and subcontractors
